Everyday, we always wake up to a brand new set of challenges, excitements, adventures and journeys. Everyday is an experience. To live up to the experience means we should always have something to learn from it. Everyday of my life opens up to a new set of experiences. Everything that happens always add up to something life has taught me. And so, these are just some of the things I've learned lately:

♥ a father's blessing is something of great value to pass along
♥ books are like friends who share a little of themselves with you
♥ change is inevitable
♥ chocolate-chip cookies taste better as dough
♥ you should never wait to tell someone why you love them
♥ there's always triumph over tragedy
♥ i can make a difference in somebody else's life
♥ it's not how much your brain has developed or how many toes you have, it's how much your heart feels and how big a smile you wear
♥ each day is a treasure box of gifts from God, just waiting to be opened
♥ the greatest gift you can give to someone is the gift of yourself
♥ this disease is mine and i might as well enjoy it and get the best from life

♥ by not standing up for what i believe in, i'm letting the world around me rip away a little piece of those things i value most
